From Teeth and Tongue

Just keep reading on. This is fresh current news that gets more interesting with each article. The writer Beverly Griffin Shippy is an on the edge writer who has been censored for far to long. So the writers flame in me burns constantly. Various newspapers I wrote for in the past have selectively decided not to print my articles for reasons un -becoming to me.

I'm not going to cry foul play. I'm going to solve that problem by continuing to write.

Just read on!!!!!

LA Lakers 2010 NBA Finals

Hello All,
I am digging deep now to try and understand why people riot at the end of sport championship games. They destroy property. Cause thousands of $$$$$$$'s in damages and never pick up the pieces of the hurt they have caused others after the good feeling of victory. Case in point is the Laker win Thursday night 6/16/2010 over the mighty Boston Celtics. A great 7 game series.

People should find another healthy way to celebrate at the end of a win. The feeling of your team winning feels so good while at the same time you feel so bad. Especially if property damage has come to your front door.

According to CS Monitor.com scattered riots happened though out the city of Angels, after the game . Why oh why tear up other peeps stuff. Why not tear up your own stuff. Just have a quiet riot of your very own. At your diggs. Why not burn up something you have been wanting to get rid of and never could find the time to do it.

The next time your team wins a big game try that idea. Burn up your own stuff in a garbage can outdoors. And please stop causing your fire fighters un-neccessary stress they already have just because these professionals put their lives on the line everyday anyway, when riding out to put out fires. Find another way to celebrate. No more fires PLEASE........ And don't break out any more car windows either. Try leaving roses instead of your teams color. Give your local florist something to do. Spread joy and not grief in the same minute space. Lets see. 30 seconds of happiness then 30 seconds of hurt, all within a minute. Try it.
